are
we having people over tonight? yes. did i clean the house? no. well, kind of, but not a scrub down. what did i do instead of clean last night? well, i hung some stuff on the wall, watched a show about pandas (kept voicing my need to have a baby panda as a pet - in a baby voice "but i neeeeed it" - pouting with my arms stretched out towards the tv as if i my body was forcing me to try to hug it), got killed in darts again and thought about what to put in the super bright bedroom window so i can sleep past 5 am instead of a towel. my bedroom use to be my photography darkroom also. now that was dark all of the time. i would stumble out of bed at 2 in the afternoon thinking that it was in the middle of the night and open the door to go to the bathroom and the daylight was blinding. that was such a good way to start off the day. slamming the door and falling onto the floor grabbing at my eyes. wednesday i did one of those remove everything from the stove and clean all the little pieces jobs. heh. then the girl came home and heated up some canned ravioli. two raviolis were stuck to the inside of the can and she hit the bottom hard over the pot and sauce went flying. she saw my face of "but i just cleaned it" and quickly wiped it all up. it was cute and i only freaked because it was the only thing that i had cleaned. i'm a closet neat freak and she was worried about us moving in together because she is not. really i don't care so much unless people are coming over or it's an extreme mess. i think she knows that now. last night i went to put a pizza in the oven. you know that bit of open space between the oven door and the inside of the oven when the door is completely open? yay, well somehow i dropped the pizza and it went right through it into the broiler compartment. classic. there was cheese everywhere and just enough of it was sticking up to grab onto. that was some damn good tasting pizza.
