purchased

products gone wrong is not a hat trick that i desire. last night i went to buy one tire to replace the tire that has a four inch long hole in it and showing the wire. well, the girl thought that we should check it out before we left and sure enough.....they changed the wrong tire. great. the girl beat me to the counter and explained to them what happened. the guy said that i told him the left tire when actually i said passenger front. i didn't even use the word left and there was so much noise in there when we were setting up the order, i had to write down my phone number because i was tired of yelling it to him. anyway, the other guy took off the tire that i wanted off, held that tire beside another one and waved me over. he said "can you tell me which tire i just took off and then can you tell me why it needed to be changed instead of the one that i did change?" i pointed to the correct tire and then informed him of the gapping hole soon to be death trap on the tire that he didn't feel like changing even though someone made a mistake and i didn't get what i purchased. he finally looked at it and then said "oh. ok. i'll change it then."

Is it just me, or is everyone lately giving you shit about what "you've said" and actually didn't? Who is the customer?

"No, believe me, you said shimp fried rice. No really."
