number thirty five of why the the girl should learn how to drive stick: while unloading the bbq grill from my dad's truck, the lid fell off and hit me in the head and left me loopy. yay, i know, take the lid off next time. i was too tired to think of that. i was loopy enough to not even realize what happened. i was trying to figure out why the lid wasn't round and didn't fit anymore. enter head pain here. throw in a little nausea later, rest for a bit and off onto the road we go. the weekend prior to that included an interesting hike, a little bit of rain, a lot more rain, wiffle ball, football, kites, frisbees, lots of fish, tons of food, a good tent without poles, a bad tent with poles, plenty of fireworks and no drama. today includes a need for lots of sleep and a huge headache.
